Cancellation Policy:
Our company Requires you to cancel your reservation within 24hrs. Your credit card will be charged at the time reservation was made. Failure to appear at the meeting area for your ride without prior 24hr cancellation notice over the phone or via email will result in a "No-Show" fee and your credit card will be charged the entire amount ride was booked for including driver's gratuity.
